Returns and Refunds

Thanks for purchasing our products at Kasa Empire operated by Bakasa Empire.
In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 30 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way.
After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement.
If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 30 calendar days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.

The Information You Need to Know
Thank you for your interest in the products and services of Kasa Empire. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Kasa Empire (the "Physical Goods").
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Kasa Empire will replace, at no charge, products that proves defective because of improper handling during shipping.
What will we do to correct problems?
Kasa Empire will reimburse the customer cost of product or deliver same product to customer at no charge.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Kasa Empire is 30 days from the date of purchase. A replacement Physical Good assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 30 days from the date of replacement.
What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship
